1. Project Cancellation by the Client
Clients may request to cancel a project by sending a written request to info@jpw.digital.
Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced, the client may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
After Work Begins
Once work has commenced, including planning, research, strategy, design, development, content creation, or digital marketing activities, cancellation requests may be accepted; however, payments for work already completed are non-refundable. JPW Digital reserves the right to charge for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Monthly & Recurring Services
Clients using recurring services such as SEO, website maintenance, social media management, or digital marketing retainers may cancel their service by providing at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for services already provided during the current billing period.
3. Cancellation by JPW Digital
JPW Digital reserves the right to suspend or cancel a project if:
- The client fails to provide the required information, content, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
- The client violates the agreed terms and conditions.
- The client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
- Continuing the project would violate applicable laws or regulations.
Where applicable, any refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed before cancellation.
4. Non-Cancellable Services
The following services cannot be cancelled once work has commenced:
- Website Design & Development
- Custom Software Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Branding & Graphic Design
- UI/UX Design
- Social Media Marketing
- Paid Advertising Campaign Setup
- Content Creation
- Custom Digital Marketing Strategies
